Welcome to Inventry. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Inventry, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Inventry is a personal asset management application that allows users to track, organize, and manage information about their personal property, valuables, and assets. The service includes features such as photo storage, document scanning, value tracking, and family sharing capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Inventry only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you input into the application. You may not use the service for any illegal activities or to track assets that you do not legally own.
5. Privacy and Data Security
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Premium Subscription
Inventry offers premium features through a monthly subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores.
7. Vault Sharing
Premium users may share vaults with other registered users. The vault owner is responsible for managing access permissions. Shared users must also comply with these Terms of Service. You may only share information about assets you are authorized to share.
8. Intellectual Property
Inventry and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Inventry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the application without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimers
Inventry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any financial or insurance decisions you make based on information stored in the application.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the application or via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
